Do you ship outside the Philippines?

No. We only deliver within the Philippines. If you are located outside the Philippines and you would like to use our product, you can have someone in the Philippines to buy the product from our store and arrange a separate delivery of the item to your location.

Where do you deliver in the Philippines?

We deliver where J&T Express is available.

How to track my order?

After you complete the payment, we will arrange the delivery and will get back to you through email for the tracking number and where can you track it.

Do you have options for Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Unfortunately, we don’t deliver until the payment is made. You can check our return policy below for more details.


Standard Return and Refund Policy

  1. In case you change your mind, you can request to return your order and get a full refund within seven days of receiving your order as long as the plastic seal of the product is not yet opened. We will only process the refund when we receive returned order.
  2. Delivery fee is a separate service paid to the courier and is not refundable.
  3. The buyer must shoulder the delivery fee when returning an order.
  4. We will only accommodate return and refund request through our customer service channel. To request for return and refund, please contact us at [email protected] within seven days of receiving your order.
